{"id":1228,"date":"2024-12-19T08:53:16","date_gmt":"2024-12-19T08:53:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.nifa.nl\/?page_id=1228"},"modified":"2024-12-19T09:19:26","modified_gmt":"2024-12-19T09:19:26","slug":"general_supply_conditions","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.nifa.nl\/en\/general_supply_conditions\/","title":{"rendered":"General terms of delivery"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id='av_section_1'  class='avia-section av-6bx6oj-db75a1300a377ad420f4b66c75f9902d main_color avia-section-default avia-no-border-styling  avia-builder-el-0  avia-builder-el-no-sibling  avia-bg-style-scroll container_wrap fullsize'  ><div class='container av-section-cont-open' ><main  role=\"main\" itemprop=\"mainContentOfPage\"  class='template-page content  av-content-full alpha units'><div class='post-entry post-entry-type-page post-entry-1228'><div class='entry-content-wrapper clearfix'>\n<div  class='flex_column av-4v53wj-0032e4091c021e37a32277368366f7d5 av_one_full  avia-builder-el-1  avia-builder-el-no-sibling  first flex_column_div'     ><section  class='av_textblock_section av-32b04j-8be7845826ec798d0ef3311debfec25e'   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><h1>General terms of delivery<\/h1>\n<p>On this page, you will find all information regarding payment, delivery, returns and service.<\/p>\n<h3>Terms of payment<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>A new customer\u2019s first order will only be delivered after prepayment.<\/li>\n<li>Standard payment condition: Payment 30 days net.<\/li>\n<li>If the payment deadline is not met, NIFA reserves the right to adjust the payment terms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Shipping- and handling fees<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>A handling fee of \u20ac15,- will be charged for orders lower than \u20ac50,- excluding VAT.<\/li>\n<li>Shipping and packaging costs will always be charged, also for partial deliveries and back orders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Additional costs<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Conditioned transport<br \/>\n<\/strong>For products that require conditioned transport, a surcharge will be applied.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Safety surcharge<\/strong><br \/>\nA safety surcharge will be charged when transporting ADR (dangerous goods).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Time shipment<\/strong><br \/>\nWith time shipments, this surcharge is always passed on.<\/li>\n<li><strong>E-fee<\/strong><br \/>\nIf NIFA is required by the Customer to run any part of the order processing through a digital \nplatform prescribed by the Customer, NIFA shall be entitled to charge a surcharge of \u20ac28 (e-fee) \nfor this additional work.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Returns<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The return of items may only take place after agreement with NIFA and is only possible if \nthe items are unused, undamaged and unopened. Furthermore, the articles must \nbelong to the current stock range of NIFA Technologies.<\/li>\n<li>A fee will be charged for the return of goods.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Disposal fee<\/h3>\n<p>Unfortunately, this is only available for our Dutch customers.<\/p>\n<h3>Export documents<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>For providing and completing long-term supplier declarations up to 10 items, NIFA charges \u20ac100,-.
