Based in Weert, Limburg, she brings her expertise and people skills to help our team and organization move forward. And she does so with conviction and joy. She actively contributes to staff development, supports our recruitment processes, and helps professionalize our policies. Her dedication and sharp, objective perspective make her a valued and trusted member of our team \u2014 always honest, respectful, and solution-oriented.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559738&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">In her profession, she sees people as the foundation of any organization. \u201cWhen employees feel they\u2019re in the right place and expectations are clear, it creates a dynamic in which an organization can truly grow. It creates calm, trust, and room to excel. She enjoys sporting walks, (city) trips, good food and especially quality time with her family. One-on-one moments with her children are are priceless to her. And shopping combined with a cosy terrace? That\u2019s pure enjoyment. She recently got her motorcycle license and can\u2019t wait to hit the road.
