An inspiring day at Alliance Automotive Group
Last month, NIFA Technologies' logistics team had the opportunity to take a behind-the-scenes look at the Alliance Automotive Group warehouse. It was an informative and inspiring visit, during which various aspects of the logistics process were explained in detail.
We were introduced to a separate returns department and were given an explanation of the use of lift cabinets. The completely paperless processing was particularly striking, contributing to an efficient and sustainable working method. What was particularly impressive was the clear organization within the warehouse: there is a clear separation between goods flows and various activities. The use of scanners and their associated capabilities has also been implemented very effectively. The NIFA team can certainly gain more from this!
In short: a very enjoyable and valuable day for our team. The Alliance Automotive warehouse is a wonderful example of how logistics processes can be designed efficiently and future-proof: a great direction for NIFA to gradually develop.
