The function

As Area Sales Manager, you will be the face of our organisation to customers and prospects.
You drive our sales strategy and take every opportunity to promote our innovative IMV and NIFA products.

You maintain and deepen relationships with existing customers, actively approach new prospects and convert quotations and product demonstrations into concrete orders. In doing so, you work closely with internal departments such as marketing, logistics and customer service to ensure an integrated and professional approach.

You will be responsible for the...

  • preparation and implementation of sales and marketing policy, analysing market trends and contributing to the annual budget and sales plan;
  • actively approaching prospects, advising customers, preparing quotations and giving product demonstrations;
  • look after customer satisfaction, follow up on service requests and feedback relevant information to customers;
  • work closely together with marketing, customer service, logistics and the IMV Technologies Group team;
  • participating in trade fairs, exhibitions, webinars and conferences To promote our products and services.

Who are you?

As Area Sales Manager, you listen carefully to customers' wishes and challenges and always know how to offer the right solutions. You quickly spot opportunities and possible obstacles in the sales process and know how to efficiently convert them into concrete results.

You are organised, prioritise well and keep an overview, even during busy periods. Customer satisfaction is your top priority, and you have the talent to build and maintain long-term, valuable relationships. You communicate clearly and convincingly, act with integrity and take responsibility towards both customers and colleagues.

Did you...

  • at least an MBO+ or Bachelor working and thinking level, preferably in an agricultural and/or commercial field;
  • A commercial attitude with independence and proactive work ethic;
  • Experience with the MS Office package and Exact;
  • Experience with sales in the agricultural sector or technical products;
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written;
  • a good command of Dutch and English, knowledge of German and/or French is an advantage;
  • A valid car licence;
  • Willingness to develop further through training and coaching?
