The function
Due to expansion of our region into DACH (Germany, Austria and Switzerland), we are looking for you. You are the missing piece of the puzzle as an indispensable team member in our sales support. You are the first point of contact for customers and field sales. You interact effortlessly with other departments and seize opportunities with both hands. You flawlessly register orders received by phone and e-mail in our CRM system. You ensure that customers and colleagues always get clear feedback on their questions and requests.

You will be responsible for the...
- managing administrative tasks, such as maintaining customer records, sales reports and organising documents;
- answering customer queries, providing information on products and services and handling complaints or requests;
- preparing and sending offers and quotations to customers in cooperation with the sales team;
- entering and following up orders in the system, and ensure they are handled correctly and in a timely manner;
- providing support to sales colleagues by gathering market information, preparing presentations and participating in various trade fairs;
- maintaining contacts with existing customers and helping build new customer relationships;
- providing training and support to new colleagues or other departments about products and processes;
- cooperate with other departments within the organisation to ensure a seamless experience for the customer.
Who are you?
By listening carefully to customers' needs and concerns, you know better than anyone to provide the right solutions. You are able to quickly and efficiently identify and solve problems that may arise during the sales process.
As a person, you are organised and good at prioritising, especially during busy periods. You have a strong focus on customer satisfaction and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers. You communicate clearly and with impact, have integrity and a great sense of responsibility towards your colleagues and customers.
Did you...
- At least an MBO+ or Bachelor working and thinking level, preferably in an agricultural or commercial field;
- affinity with the agricultural sector and knowledge of cattle products;
- Experience with the MS Office package and Exact;
- A proactive and customer-oriented attitude;
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written;
- a good command of the Dutch, German and English languages;
- Willingness to develop further through training and coaching?
