'I grew up on an agricultural company in Nederweert, Limburg. We keep dairy cows and broilers at two different locations. This is where my passion for the agricultural sector started.

After secondary school, I chose to study MBO Dairy Farming. After completing this course, I continued my studies at HAS University of Applied Sciences in Venlo. In July 2023, I graduated cum laude for the course Business Management in Agriculture and Food. During my school period, I gained a lot of knowledge and experience during internships in Kenya, Sweden, Denmark and the Netherlands. And yes, what will you do then?

Working in animal husbandry, that's really something for me. Hans, my neighbour and now former NIFA colleague, heard I was looking and contacted me. He asked if I was interested in joining NIFA. I became enthusiastic and after a few days of shadowing I started as Sales Representative Imaging. I am now responsible for the IMV-Imaging products and services as Area Sales Manager Imaging.'

In her spare time, she can be found on her boyfriend's dairy farm in Rutten (Flevoland) and her parents' farms (Nederweert and Maarheeze). She is also in for a party and goes to various festivals together with her friends.
